Chocolate Cookies Recipe
Most of us discovered our love for chocolate cookies when grandma's baking them in the kitchen.
Regardless, many healthy chocolate chip cookies aren't really as healthy as they seem. They may have less fat, but they often have more sugar. As a result, many people actually fear chocolate chip cookies because of the fat and calories that lurk inside this delicious treat.
Chocolate cookies can be really healthy if half of the flour used is whole wheat. By substituting half the flour with healthy whole wheat flour, you add protein and fiber. The best flour for baking chocolate cookies is white whole wheat flour as it has the same nutritional value as regular whole wheat flour and it tends to bake up a bit more tender.
